Some of the Supervisor duties include:

  • Coach, mentor and oversee all attendant staff
  • Conducting and overseeing all morning/evening base routines
  • Provide auditing and quality control functions including, end of shift vehicle inspections, mid-shift truck audits
  • Conducting inventory and ordering supplies at base and following all purchasing protocols;
  • Provide Dispatching duties, as needed
  • Responding to Company emergencies and participating in on-call duties;
  • Conduct crew spot checks and in-field training;
  • Assist in the interview process
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • Must have Standard First Aid with CPR + AED for adults and children by the Canadian Red Cross or equivalent
  • Minimum Class G driver’s license, Drivers Abstract clear of uninsurable infractions required
  • Must provide a clean vulnerable sector check from the police
  • Must provide a current immunization record (including Tetanus, Diphtheria, Hepatitis B, Poliomyelitis)
  • Able to lift 250 lbs with a partner – A lift test will be performed in training
  • Able to work 12-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends)
  • Bilingualism is an asset
